Portland Luncheon, June 3, 2017
Join us for lunch and “Sacred Spaces are Safe Spaces”. God’s desire is for humans is to thrive, grow, and develop spiritually and physically. This happens when we live in “safe spaces,” those without fear, violence, or oppression. These safe spaces are also near to the heart of God, making them sacred spaces. Holiness is peace and safety and worship accompanies healing when we live in safe spaces.
Speaker Ron Clark is the minister for the Agape Church of Christ and teaches at Portland Seminary. He and Lori have been married over 29 years and have three sons. They have authored “Reflections from the Marriage Table”, while Ron has written “Freeing the Oppressed” and “Am I Sleeping with the Enemy”.
